When you want to apply for Permanent Residence, you need to choose a guarantor. The guarantors has ethical responsibility on the following matters of applicants.
1.Logistic support while in Japan
2 Transportation fee for repatriation
3 To abide by the Japanese Law
The reason the government of Japan requires the applicants to choose guarantors is to measure credibility of the applicants. The guarantors also have to submit some documents like residence record, tax certificate and employment certificate.
When clients choose our service(full support), we also collect the documents regarding guarantors instead of the guarantors. In this article, I’ll explain why we will provide such service.
Collecting documents is stressful
When the guarantors have to collect the documents by themselves, it takes long time to collect. Since collecting documents like residence record and tax certificates is time consuming. People are busy. And the city halls are not opened in weekends. They can’t find the time to visit city hall to seek these documents.
You also have to know that the guarantors need to collect the documents which state nessesary information. For example. Residence record states name, birthdate, residential status, residence card number, period of stay, You need to choose which information is stated on the residence record.
When We offer our service for the guarantor, they are relieved from such stressful task. This is the reason why we offer this service.
Issue finding
Another reason is my experience for failure. When the guarantors have to collect their documents by themselves. They give applicants their documents for PR application. In some cases, the applicants shared the documents at last phase of preparation. One of my clients did this when he has to sign his application form, But I found that his guarantors are not Japanese or Permanent Residents. Of course, I told him what is requirements for guarantor. But he forgot. So, we have to postpone the application until he chooses the new guarantor.
These are reason why I collect the documents instead of guarantor.
When you try to apply for PR application by yourself, it might be better for you to collect the documents regarding guarantors by yourself if you want to apply for PR smoothly.
